· Vendors agree to donate 20% of sales for the entire day or $250, whichever is
greater, to Healthworks Community Fitness.
· Your contribution to Healthworks Community Fitness must be made on the day you
sell your products.
· All vendors must be prepared to leave cash or check with the Manager on Duty on
the day of the event. Checks should be made out to “Healthworks Foundation”.
· Healthworks does not allow the sale of any knock-off or inappropriate products.
· Healthworks reserves the right to approve/disapprove any products sold in our facility.
· Healthworks is not responsible for follow-up transactions of any kind including any
shipping or receiving of vendors’ sale items.
· Vendors must seek approval for the set-up of their display from the Manager on Duty.
· Please do not tape anything on the walls.
· Healthworks will provide a 6 foot table. Vendors are required to skirt the table.
· Vendors must display the “Healthworks Community Fitness” one-pager on their table
(8 1/2” x 11”).
· Vendor hours will be during club hours at times determined by the Manager on Duty.
· Vendors will not be allowed to enter the club earlier or stay later than the
predetermined club hours.
· Healthworks requires a 72 hour notice for any cancellations. A $25 fee will be
incurred as a result of a late cancellation or a no-show.
· Vendors are allowed to utilize Healthworks facilities on the day of their event providing
they complete a Guest Health History Questionnaire. This includes full access to the
locker room, exercise classes, fitness equipment as well as daily locker and towel.
Healthworks has a café where you may purchase breakfast/lunch if you wish.
